NATURTEX ECOMMERCE believe in satisfying and delighting our customers. The product which we sell we believe that is at the best price and good quality the customer can get the product. Our return policy is made keeping our valuable customers in mind and hence we have easy transparent procedure for it. However, we wish that you do not need to use the policy as far as possible but we do understand that under unforeseen conditions it is necessary to replace/return the product.

In NATURTEX ECOMMERCE refund & cancellation only possible if Item Received in Damaged Condition / Manufacturing Defect / Wrong Item Delivered.

The orders that have already been shipped by us will not be cancelled or after booking order cannot be cancelled.

For any defective/ damaged/incomplete/wrong order delivered, we request you to inform NATURTEX ECOMMERCE within 24 hours of receiving the order with the images of the product received.

Standard Cancellation Terms

To request a cancellation, you must immediately contact our customer concierge via WhatsApp or Direct Call. Requests via email may experience delays, and if the order is shipped during that period, the cancellation will not be valid.
